This is a proposed trip that I want to do in , possibly 20??. Probably my last overseas tour and this is where I  want it to end, the best country in the world.  I will be beginning in BA and traveling to Ushuia, Mendoza, Salta, Jujuy, La Quiaca and Iguassu.  Maybe 20?? will be the year.  But after all the planning we are off for a week in Fiji, for our 40th. Which we did and had a great time, except on the second last day I ate something that disagreed with me and lost 5kg till I recovered . With COVID19, who knows when we will be able to travel. Thanks China and Xi for your great gift to the world Here we are in November 2020 and there are 3 vaccines on the way, maybe by the end of 2021 the world will be open. According to our PM maybe mid 2022, but we should be safe, inside Fortress Australia till the whole world is vaccinated. Here in 2022 the doors have been opened and Omnicom has run rampant, not only in Australia but worldwide. Having a problem with my right knee, and now the left one I was told I wore them out, traveling could be a problem as after a long walk all I get is pain. Everyday the knee swells up, I think I need another injection. I don't know if travel 's out of the question. Can't walk for long, without pain, perhaps it's time to think long term travel is out of the question. . Since air travel has resumed the airfares are outrageous and somemany cancellations are a major problem. If I wait much longer I might not be here

We  will begin in Buenos Aires.   After Covid19, the only airline I can find that flies to BA is LATAM, via Santiago and the prices are astronomical. I have looked at prices for October 2023 and the price was reasonable, but who knows. Covid is still out there and the economic and political situation in many Latin American countries is dire

BAHIA BLANCA TO TREWLEW BUS TIME TABLES

We are now moving south to the "end of the world" How far I will travel will depend on the weather and transport.  I will be following the Anne Whitehead book on Dame Mary Gilmore who lived Patagonia, with her husband in the early 1900's.   Winter here temperature in low teens, freezing cold, can I stand the weather in Chubut and further south?

I will either take a tour from Salta to La Quiaca or go from Salta to Jujuy then a bus to the Argentine Bolivian boarder.  I have been there twice and. to me. the most beatiful part of the country

SALTA TO IGUAZU FALLS
This is the last stage of my journey.  Iguazu Falls the place I've already wanted to go to.  This will be my last part of my journey, from here back to BA then Australia.  A trip of a lifetime, lets hope it will come to fruition
